Terms & Conditions of 99ab – What You Need to Know Before You Play

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "99ab" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the 99ab online betting and gaming platform operating at 99ab.online, including all associated services, features, and applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "user" refers to any person who registers for, accesses, or uses the 99ab platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a player on 99ab, used to access betting markets, casino games, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, cashback, free bet token, or other non-cash incentive credited to a player's account as part of a 99ab promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the player in PKR, plus any winnings derived from wagers placed using real money that have been converted from bonus funds following completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds are converted to real money and become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that 99ab is required to conduct before processing withdrawals or approving higher deposit limits.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products offered through 99ab including sports betting, casino games (roulette, fishing games, slots), VIP programme, promotions, and customer support.

To register and use 99ab, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99ab takes age verification seriously and will request documentation confirming your date of birth before processing any withdrawal. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity. 99ab accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You may hold only one active account on 99ab. If you already have an account, you must not register another, regardless of the device, mobile number, or payment wallet used. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your use of betting services. If you have previously self-excluded from 99ab or any other platform, you have an obligation to disclose this during registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds. You must not register or operate an account on behalf of any third party or with funds provided by a third party for betting purposes.

Your 99ab account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Credentials security: Do not share your password with any other person. 99ab will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
• Accurate information: You must notify 99ab promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or payment wallet details. 99ab cannot be responsible for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.
• Account dormancy: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 99ab reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances after giving reasonable notice. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
• Account closure by player: You may request closure of your 99ab account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable pending wagering requirements.
• Account suspension by 99ab: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so for regulatory, security, or responsible gaming reasons.

All financial transactions at 99ab are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Cryptocurrency payments are not accepted at 99ab.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC before withdrawal: All players must complete identity and age verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a recent utility bill or mobile wallet statement confirming your registered address.
• Withdrawal processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers via IBFT are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one business day. 99ab is not responsible for delays caused by the player's own bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Source of funds: All deposits must come from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If 99ab detects a deposit from an account not registered to the player, the deposit will be returned and the account reviewed.
• Withdrawal to original payment method: 99ab may require that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, as part of standard anti-money laundering practice.

99ab offers a range of promotions to eligible players. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer. The Welcome Bonus is available to new players only on their first deposit. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions are available to qualifying existing players as specified at the time of the promotion.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified for each promotion before they become withdrawable as real money. Standard wagering at 99ab ranges from 5x to 10x the bonus amount. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Wagering deadline: Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within 30 days of crediting (7 days for cashback bonuses) will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Game contribution rates: All sports betting markets and most casino games contribute at 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games contribute at 50%. Specific exclusions, if applicable, are noted in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds for sports wagering: Bets placed to fulfil bonus wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal). Bets at shorter odds do not count toward wagering.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to systematically exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts, bonus cycling, or coordinated exploitation across linked accounts — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. 99ab uses monitoring systems to detect such behaviour.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus promotion may be claimed at any given time. Players who have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement must complete it before claiming a new offer.
• 99ab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets at 99ab, including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, kabaddi, and all other offered sports:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when 99ab issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets are not valid until this confirmation is received. 99ab reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds are displayed at the time the bet is placed and are locked in at that price upon confirmation. Subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets. 99ab uses decimal odds as the default format.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or rescheduled beyond 48 hours from its original start time, all pre-match single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets involving an abandoned leg will be settled at odds of 1.00 for that selection.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to brief delays to prevent exploitation of live broadcast advantages. 99ab may suspend markets at any time during live play. Bets placed during a suspension will be voided.
• Maximum winnings: 99ab applies maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are applied per account per event and communicated to players upon request. Payouts exceeding the limit on any single event will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Errors in odds: If a market is opened with manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error or human error, 99ab reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to affected players.
• Result disputes: Official results as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority govern settlement of all markets at 99ab. Player disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event.

99ab offers a range of casino products including roulette, fishing games, slots, and live dealer tables. The following rules apply across all casino game categories:

• All casino games at 99ab use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly tested to ensure fair, unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.
• Casino game sessions conducted using bonus funds are subject to maximum single-round stake limits as specified in each promotion's terms. Placing bets above the stated maximum during an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, game freezes, or server errors — during a casino session will result in the affected round being voided and the stake returned. 99ab is not liable for losses arising from internet connection issues on the player's side.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers whose additional rules apply alongside these Terms. Players are bound by the rules of the specific game table as displayed during the session.

99ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for 72 hours after a reduction is applied.
• Session time reminders: Players can set notifications to alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for a period can request self-exclusion from 99ab for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed.
• Account cooling-off: Players who need a short break without full self-exclusion can request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which their account will be temporarily suspended.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 99ab platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and their case reviewed, which may result in permanent closure and legal referral:

• Registering more than one account on 99ab, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit odds.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Using third-party payment accounts, stolen payment credentials, or fraudulently obtained funds to make deposits.
• Colluding with other players or match participants to manipulate sporting outcomes on which bets have been placed.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the 99ab platform, its code, databases, or security systems.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet in bad faith after receiving services from 99ab.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during KYC verification.

99ab collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

99ab uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted to and from the platform. Player data is stored on secure servers. We do not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. 99ab provides its platform on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted, 99ab shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or any interruption to services.
• Loss of data arising from circumstances beyond 99ab's reasonable control, including third-party system failures.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or your failure to notify us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, nor does it limit 99ab's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

99ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 99ab will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the 99ab platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the territory in which 99ab operates. By using the platform, you agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of 99ab.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
